Pizza, Pizza, Pizza, Pizza!!!!!! I’m obsessed with pizza, that’s why is so weird that it’s my first time doing pizza dough. I adapted this recipe from The Novice Chef which I love. It’s super easy and super yummy!
1 1/2 packages of active dry yeast
1/4 tsp. granulated sugar
3/4 cup hot water
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
pinch of salt
Step by Step
Preheat oven to 500˚F
Dissolve yeast and sugar in water; let it rest 8 minutes.
Mix flour and salt.
Pour yeast mixture over flour mixture.
Mix well with your hands.
Take it out of the bowl and knead for 2 minutes.
Place dough on a lightly greased pizza pan and stretch until smooth and thin.
Top it with your favorite ingredients. (I used cheese sauce, and bacon)
Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until edges are golden.
